The Z1-3t heavy-duty AGV, with a load capacity of 3 tons per vehicle, boasts the functions of spot turning and lateral shifting, making it especially suitable for the transportation of large-size and heavy-tonnage workpieces. It can operate on asphalt, self-leveling, and concrete surfaces, exhibiting strong adaptability to ground conditions. Due to its integral self-lifting function, it can not only directly carry workpieces but also indirectly support workpieces by drilling into the workpiece racks and lifting them. According to user requirements, multiple AGVs can achieve synchronized movement for lifting oversized components. The AGV can operate automatically using a composite navigation mode of PGV + QR code, and can also be operated remotely.
