Working Principle:

A Cartesian Robot, or a linear robot or gantry robot, is an industrial robot with three linear axes of control that are at right angles to each other. The three joints slide up and down, in and out, and back and forth, which allows for wrist movement. The axes move in a coordinated manner via a motion controller. The three axes are X, Y, and Z, and the base axis is usually supported along its entire length, while the Y or Z axis is cantilevered.

This gantry robot is widely used in industrial production fields such as dispensing, drip molding, assembly, welding, spraying, loading and unloading, handling, sorting, palletizing, intelligent warehousing, and transportation.
